A luxury hotel was redesigned to capture the surrounding beauty and adventure of Aspen while creating a welcoming  space to recuperate and become part of the community. The elevated vision was designed to form a cohesive flow between the indoors and the outdoors, with a modern aesthetic that feels like Aspen itself. Brodie supported the owner through various aspects of the renovation of 126 guest rooms and bathrooms, a full electrical and mechanical upgrade, multiple food and beverage centers, a fitness center, the lobby and front desk, the event space as well as an exterior scope that consisted of the installation of all new patio doors, and leak repairs on the exterior envelope. Throughout the process, Brodie was responsible for onsite construction oversight, contract support and closeout, schedule coordination, budget management and to lead the team of consultants.
