Brodie provided owner’s representation and construction management services for a residential renovation and pier construction project on a lakefront property on Lake Tahoe. The project required extensive permitting and entitlement coordination to successfully navigate the strict requirements of the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency and several other CA environmental regulatory agencies. Brodie ultimately achieved all of the client's goals including no disruption to seasonal use of the house and pier.
