An aging luxury retreat complex in the heart of the Sonoma Wine Country was reimagined to serve future generations of executives and families. Brodie worked closely with the property Owner to create a master vision, and assembled a team of consultants to bring the vision to life. Throughout the process, Brodie provided and administered contract management, onsite supervision, and schedule coordination between an active retreat complex and construction site. Highlights include the renovation of a European-styled central residence, installation of a 52kW photovoltaic array, renovation of a resort-style spa and pool facility, construction of a 1,200 sqft. hillside deck, implementation of new site landscaping and utility upgrades, and planting of a new vineyard.
